Moonlighting - Part 2
I did it. I found a job at a coffeeshop. It’s in one of the nicest (and I assume most expensive) health clubs in the Triad. I guess I can’t really call it a “job” since dumbass me volunteered to work for free drinks, instead of a paycheck. In exchange for some free labor, I get to learn how to make drinks and come and go as I please. I did get a 4-hour crash course in making espresso drinks on Saturday… and that is the main thing I wanted (since I didn’t know what a macchiato was before last weekend). Their biggest seller is fruit/health smoothies. With all the samples, skipping a meal while working is no problem. I’m working for a few hours Wednesday as well. More on this later.
